Vendor Selection Process
While our philosophy may be simple in its nature, it isn’t necessarily an easy one in its execution.
First, there are countless vendors competing for our business. Their products and reputation must meet our high standards so we feel confident that you, our customer, will receive true value and quality with their products.
These and many other requirements must be met in order for us to add a product to our Line Card. As a result, we take the selection process very seriously.
While we can’t control the products manufactured by someone else, we do our very best to offer only the finest products to you.
Your Preach Experience
When you visit one of our Preach Building Supply locations, our knowledgeable staff is ready to help you with product selection and calculating how much material you’ll need for your project. For stocked items, we’ll load your order in your vehicle promptly so you can get to your project right away.
Or if you prefer, we can arrange to have your order delivered. Our delivery service is Valley-wide and extends beyond the Greater Metropolitan area.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy from you if I'm not a contractor?
Yes! We are open to the public. While many of our customers are contractors, we love helping homeowners and avid do-it-yourselfers find the building supplies and materials they need for their home improvement projects. Give us a call or stop by one of our three Valley locations if you have questions or would like to see our products and displays for inspiration.
What is your delivery area?
We offer Valley-wide delivery and beyond. We cover all of the Phoenix Metropolitan area plus Payson, Prescott, Sedona, Gila Bend and Casa Grande. If you live outside these cities, give us a call to determine if we can deliver to your area.
What is your return policy?
A receipt is required for all returned products. Products must be unused and clean and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do NOT accept returns on special orders or pavers.
What is your process for special orders?
For all special orders, we collect 50% of the total purchase price to place the order. The balance is due when your order comes in.
Who is responsible for the broken block when my order was delivered?
There is a 5% breakage possibility due to transportation. When estimating your project, please include an allowance for this breakage percentage.
